Product Exchanges
We take great care of the details and materials in the manufacture of our garments.

If any of the items in your order is defective or incorrect, please send us an email to or WhatsApp : +51 928646282.

with a maximum of 5 days after receiving your order. You must send the garment to our warehouse ( Calle Miguel Dasso 139, of. 702- San Isidro, 10:00 am a 6:00 pm) and the change of garment will be possible only if:

  • The garment or item has not been used and is in perfect condition.
  • No more than 5 days have elapsed after receiving the order.

– All items on FINAL SALE are final sale and no changes are accepted

-FINAL SALE means past collection items with discount.

-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Changes & Returns are not accepted.

In all cases, once your item (s) have been received in our warehouse, you will have a credit note for the value of the items purchased for a maximum period of 3 months to make it effective. This will be used for the desired exchange according to our stock availabilities, so that any price difference between the items can be resolved during checkout. Shipping costs will not be included in the transaction.

Returns with money back are not accepted, so we ask you to choose your products well, making sure to see the measurements and sizes charts, as well as descriptions of the product materials and of care in the wash.

We won´t accept cancellations or returns if the products are in estimated shipping time or in transit to destination.
